Document Description
The applicant is requesting the approval for a minor land division of a 44 acre property in order to create four parcels consisting of two 10.71 acre parcels, an 11.10 acre parcel. The proposed lots would be accessed off of Big Ben Rd. The project will be served by individual water wells and onsite sewage disposal systems. Ultimately, each parcel could be developed with a single family residence and a secondary residence of up to 1,200 sf.
