- Project is the subdivision of two close-by sites totaling 9.78 acres into 31 single family residential lots, by Vesting Tentative Tract Maps 8296 and 8297. The planned lots would range in size from 10,013 sq. ft. to 17,141 sq. ft. As part of the project each of the 31 lots would be developed with a detached, single-family home. A public street cul-de-sac will be built on each site for access to the homes, and one site (Map 8297) would provide three separate private access easements to adjacent parcels outside the Project boundaries.
