Crystal Geyser Bottling Plant Project

The proposed project to be evaluated in the EIR consists of the operation of the existing Crystal Geyser Bottling Plant as a bottling facility with the addition of several proposed components and utility/infrastructure options. The proposed addition of an onsite permanent caretaker/security residence requires a conditional use permit from the County, which triggers the need for compliance with CEQA. The EIR will analyze all Plant modifications undertaken and proposed by the Applicant to resume operation of the Plant.
