Document Description
The proposed project would involve annexing five parcels of the Tyme Maidu Tribe Berry Creek Rancheria (Tribe or Rancheria) into the Lake Oroville Area Public Utility District for sewer service. The Tribe and District will enter into a Development Agreement for the construction and maintenance of the LOAPUD facilities. The Tribe will be responsible for the construction of the sewer facilities pursuant to the approved plans. The District will be responsible for the operations, maintenance, repair and replacement of the facilities, as necessary. In addition, the Tribe will provide to the District appropriate permanent easements and rights of way providing unrestricted right to access the facilities.
