Document Description
Project would redevelop six parcels of land along the east side of El Camino Real into a mixed-use development. The Project would demolish the existing structures and construct up to 458,967 sq. ft. of mixed uses at the project site. The six new buildings would include approx. 277,000 sq. ft. of residential space (215 housing units); approx. 144,000 sf of non-medical office space; and approx. 10,000 sf of ground floor retail/restaurant space. The project would provide approx. 930 parking spaces within underground parking garages and surface parking. The Project would remove 18 Heritage trees and transplant one Heritage tree.
