A use permit is also requested to allow ground-floor residential uses in a Community Commercial (CC) zoning district. project applications consist of the Stonegate Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map (S 15-05), General Plan Amendment 15-02, Rezone 15-02, and Use Permit 18-14.
