Document Description
The proposed project involves a subdivision of the 313 acre project site into a combination of open space, public ROW, park, single family residential standard lots, single family residential half-acre lots, multi family residential, and commercial uses. The proposed project also includes zone changes and GPA to establish primary open space and to reconfigure the residential and commercial designations throughout the site. The proposed project consists of the Stonegate Subdivision Vesting Tentative Subdivision map and related permits and approvals necessary for implementation of the proposed subdivision
