Epick Homes (applicant) proposes to subdivide the project site into a combination of open space, public right of way, park, single family residential standard lots, single family residential half-acre lots, multi family residential, and commercial uses (proposed project). The proposed project consists of the Stonegate Subdivision Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map and related permits and approvals necessary for implementation of the proposed subdivision. The Stonegate subdivision totals approximately 313 acres on four parcels.
