Document Description
The Wastewater Master Plan involves numerous improvements to the City's collection system and upgrades to the Sutter Avenue Primary Treatment Plant and Jennings Road Secondary and Tertiary Treatment Plant. Collection system improvements include replacement/construction of new sewer lines and lift stations, sewer line rehabilitation, storm drain disconnection improvements, and other small pipeline rehabilitation projects. Proposed improvements at the Sutter Plant include upgrading the influent pump station and headworks facilities, and decommissioning of primary treatment and solids handling facilities. The Program also includes of three major outfall pipeline projects. Improvements at the Jennings Plant include upgrades to the secondary and tertiary treatment facilities and construction of new primary treatment and solids handling facilities.
