CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0204-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Tuolumne River Trust.
Project includes activities related to the removal of Dennett Dam, including the installation of a temporary upstream full channel block, the re-routing of flow through an existing overflow channel, the demolition and removal of Dennett Dam and all associated Dam facilities, and the re-contouring of the river channel.
