The Project includes 1,592 single family units, 65,340 square feet of commercial, and comprises a total of 343.94 acres of land, 333.94 acres of which will be subdivided into residential and commercial uses. The project would require a General Plan Amendment to change use designations for approximately 31.9 acres of UR-VLDR to LDR uses; changing approximately 5.0 acres of UR-VLDR to CMU uses; eliminating all P uses; and maintaining the remainder of the site as LDR. The project would require prezoning of the entire Project Site to One-Family Dwelling Zoning District (R-1), and mixed use Commercial Zoning District (CMU).
