The Draft City of Yuba City Resource Efficiency Plan articulates the City's intentions with respect to reducing community-wide GHG emissions in a manner consistent with AB 32. In addition, the Efficiency Plan is designed to address multiple sectors and resources for increased efficiency within the City. Throughout the Efficiency Plan, the City outlines strategies, objectives, measures, and actions to encourage and promote active modes of transportation; minimize energy consumption; promote water conservation; and conserve, create, and enhance natural assets that improve the community's quality of life.
