The project includes: Demolition and removal of the existing gymnasium, snack shack, portable classrooms, two maintenance buildings, and two free standing classrooms; construction of a new library, gymnasium and kitchen facilities; interior renovations to existing multi-purpose buildings and three classroom buildings; installation of pre-fabricated administration and classroom buildings supporting twelve classrooms; resurfacing and restriping of the main parking lot and driveway, replacement of the majority of sanitary sewer, storm drain, electrical, communications, data, and fire and domestic water systems; replacement of landscaping and required ADA improvements for access.
