Document Description
The request is for the approval of a Parcel Map for the division of a 40-acre property into three parcels with one parcel being 20 acres in size and the other two parcels being 10 acres in size. Each of the parcels will be serviced by individual septic systems and private wells. Current development on the property consists of one existing single-family residence, accessory structures, a water well, and a septic system, all of which will be located on Proposed Parcel 2. Access to proposed Parcels 1 and 3 will be through new encroachments off of Gas Point Road.
