Features of the project would include a plaza and access pathway at the entry of the building on the corner of 5th Ave and D St. Additionally, the facility would feature a 1 1/2 story lobby, which would serve as an area where historic artifacts from the different eras in the history of the city of San Rafael would be displayed.
