New community multi-use facilities at the project site which include an Olympic-sized ice rink (winter)/recreation /event area (RecZone) (Summer), a 30,000 sq. ft. roof structure, storage areas, and an attached building that includes a 2,500 sq. ft. community center and associated community center and ice rink/RecZone support areas (i.e., lobby, restrooms, lockers, rentals). Additionally, the project includes a new 36 space parking lot and reconfiguration and improvements to the existing playground to add accessible inclusive components. The project will be located to the west of the existing Mammoth Creek Park amenities. The existing Mammoth Ice Rink will be made inactive.
