New community multi-use facilities at the project site, with a maximum 100-foot by 200-foot ice rink (winter)/recreation/event area (RecZone) covered by a 30,000 s.f. roof structure and additional storage and support space. Also includes a 13,000 s.f. complementary community center, reconfiguration and improvements to an existing playground, restroom improvements, and 107 additional surface parking spaces. An active outdoor recreation area to the west of the new community multi-use facilities would be included. The existing Mammoth Ice Rink/RecZone would be made inactive, and the existing community center would remain under Town operation.
