Caltrans proposes to improve safety along SR 174 in Nevada County from Maple Way to You Bet Road, PM 2.74 to 4.63. The project is located approximately 5.7 miles southeast of Grass Valley. The project would include realigning include realigning the highway, widening the shoulders, and adding a clear recovery zone.
