Document Description
The project proposes to demolish the existing parking structure and construct a four-story, 150,000 sq. ft. office building bordered by two six-level parking structures. The new parking structures would have approx. 1,054 parking spaces and would serve both the new office building and existing buildings to the south. The 19.26 acre parcel is currently developed with seven two-story office buildings, a parking structure (one level partially below grade and a parking deck), a large surface parking lot, and landscaping. The total existing office space on the parcel is 408,927 sq. ft. with a floor area ratio of 0.49. With the proposed project, the entire parcel would have a floor area ratio of 0.67.
