Document Description
Proposal to rezone a 90.27 acre parcel to allow the parcel to be divided into two parcels: Proposed Parcel A is 45.23 acres in size and proposed parcel B is 45.04 acres in size. The subject parcel is currently zoned A-1 (General Ag District); however the applicant is proposing a rezone to the A-2-B-40 (Ag Res District, 40 acre Building Site Combining District) zoning district, as well as a related general plan amendment, to facilitate the parcel map. The subject parcel's current land use designation in the Lassen County General Plan, 2000, is "intensive Ag" ; the applicant is proposing an "Ag Res" land use designation. The project site is located approximately eight miles northeast of Bieber along State HWY 299 at 667-900 Hunt Road, Bieber, CA 96006. APN: 003-060-55.
