The Project will improve stormwater capture at Montclair Basins 2 and 3 by constructing two new 8-foot wide by 6.5-foot deep (below channel floor) drop inlet structures within the San Antonio Creek channel and installing two approximately 144-foot-long pipelines to deliver the captured water to the two basins.
