Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued an Amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0148-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Joel Ignacio, Inland Empire Utilities Agency. The Amendment of the Streambed Alteration Agreement involves a project description change, impact reduction and additional conservation measures. The changes in project description consists of: the removal of basin grading, a reduction in grading of basin side slopes; a reduction of placement of ¼ ton rip-rap below existing two basin inlets from eight inlets. The project will result in 0.16 acre of permanent impacts and 4.65 acres of temporary impacts to streambed. The amendment provides additional measures to address the temporary impacts that may result from potential habitat conversion of existing fish and wildlife resources within the project area.
