Document Description
The proposed project is for the partial modernization of a 23-acre portion of the 155-acre MSH campus. The project includes upgraded security features and improvements to accommodate additional patients including: demolition and construction of roads and parking areas; new 3,500 sf visitor center; new sallyport; 4,500 lf of 16.5 ft high security fencing around two buildings and the existing park, both internal to the site and not visible from the adjacent public roadways; and other security features such as anti-climb mesh and anti-tamper sensor cable/internal alarms for the security fences, pole-mounted security cameras with a closed circuit TV on the new light poles, six security/guard stations, a new restroom building, and other associated utility work.
