Document Description
This is to advise that on May 15, 2018, the City of Colton approved: the Roquet Ranch Specific Plan (DAP-001-0228) along with an associated Change of Zone and General Plan Amendment. Also on May 15, 2018, the City introduced for first reading Ordinance No. O-17-18 which ,once effective, will adopt the Specific Plan. On June 5, 2018, the City Council conducted a second reading of Ordinance No. I-07-18, thereby fully approving the project.
