Note: Final EIR/Response to Comments The project proposes to develop a 336.2-acre site with 450 low density detached single family residential units, 293 medium density residential units on 19.2 acres; 131 high density residential townhome units on 6.0 acres; 1.2 acres of neighborhood commercial use; a 10.3-acre school site; a 0.8 acre fire station site; 19.3 acres of recreational open space; 199.7 acres of open space as resource preservation; and 16.5 acres of roadways. Beneficiaries of the project commercial retail tenants, future users of the projects recreational amenities, and future recipients of the fire protection services that would be offered by the proposed fire station site.
