Document Description
A proposal to subdivide approximately 18.30 acres into 81 lots. Lot 1-78 are proposed for detached single family dwellings, Lot 79 is zoned for multifamily development and Lots 80 and 81 are zoned for general commercial. While this subdivision includes 81 lots only the residential portion (Lots 1-79) will be developed as a part of this project. Lots 79-81 will be developed at a later date and will require their own environmental review and entitlement processing. The developer will be required to improve Garzoli Road, Elmo Hwy and Kendrea St as a part of the project. Water, sewer and police services will be provided by the City of McFarland and fire services are provided by Kern County Fire Department.
