Document Description
The proposed project would include the demolition of all existing structures on the site and the construction of a mixed use development containing 374 residential units, 373 hotel rooms, 33,498 sq. ft. of office space, a 10,801 sq. ft. conference center, and 65,074 sq. ft. of commercial uses. The project would include 25 commercial condominium units. The proposed project uses would be contained in a 57-story, 742-foot high tower and would contain a total floor area of approx. 778,173 sq. ft.
