Document Description
CDP and SDP to amend CDP/Hillside Review Permit No. 96-7939 and a VTM is being requested to modernize and expand the two existing research and development buildings. The project would include demolition of the existing 79,759 sf building located at 3115 Merryfield Row and the existing 76,894 sf building located at 3215 Merryfield Row. The project is also requesting a multi-habitat planning area boundary line correction to correct the MHPA boundary where legal grading and construction of surface parking occurred prior to the implementation of the City's multiple species conservation plan. In addition, the project would achieve a leadership in energy and environmental design silver certification in conformance with Council policy 900-14.
