Document Description
1) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.24-W,49 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, a Conditional Use to permit a new unmanned wireless telecommunications facility on the rooftop of an existing 43-ft tall buildings, with a backup power generator at street level, and 2) pursuant to 12.24-F, consideration to permit the facility to reach a max heigt of 50 ft above street level in lieu of the max 45 ft permitted by Section 12.21.1-A,1 of the Code in the R3-1 Zone.
