The proposed project involves the redevelopment of the former Beckman Coulter Facility site with 978,665 sq. ft. of manufacturing, warehouse, light industrial, and office uses in 7 new buildings and the existing BCI Administration Building. Parking and loading areas, driveways and internal roadways, and the utility infrastructure required to serve the proposed uses would be provided on site.
