Document Description
The overall project involves the demolition of 26 dwelling units and construction of two residential buildings and a parking garage that would include a total of 174,399 sf and 130 residential units, The "Swansea Park Senior Apartments Phase 2" and "Swansea Village" projects would involve the development of a 76-unit four story senior apartment building and a 54 unit four story apartment building, respectively. The two projects are situated on two district parcels (APN 5537-020-039 and APN 5537-020-040) owned in common, within the Hollywood Community Plan. Figure 1 shows the regional location, Figure 2 shows the project site location and Figure 3 shows the project site layout.
