Document Description
A Petitioner/Landowner wants to transfer a strip of uninhabited land, located within 4921 Katella Avenue in the City of Cypress, running north-south along the eastern side of Enterprise Drive, starting at the northeast corner of Katella Avenue and Enterprise Drive and continuing north approximately 1,300 feet, from the Los Alamitos Unified School District to the Cypress School District and the Anaheim Union High School District. The transfer of territory would shift school attendance boundaries from Los Alamitos Unified SD to Cypress SD and Anaheim Union High SD jurisdiction. The project as defined for this environmental review involves only the environmental consequences of changing the school district attendance boundaries as described previously.
