The proposed project is an industrial trucking facility consisting of a 19,900 sf two-story office building; fuel station; truck wash facility; and parking for cars, trailers, and trucks (108 vehicle spaces, 101 trailer spaces, and 52 tractor spaces). The City actions requested included the following: adoption of a MND and approval of a Lot Consolidation, Parcel Map, Architectural Site Plan Review, Building Plan Check, Building and Grading Permits, and an Easement for Site Access via Fog Avenue Realignment.
