Document Description
The proposed project consists of construction, establishment, and operation of a concrete batch plant, complete with a small portable office trailer, aggregate storage area, truck and auto parking, precast concrete area, and concrete truck washout basin. Future development plans for the site include the construction of a shop building and truck scales. The primary use at the site will be production of ready-mix concrete; wholesale aggregate sales and fabrication of precast concrete products are proposed as secondary uses dependent on sales generated from ready-mix concrete. The proposed use requires the flexibility to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as nighttime deliveries are expected approx. once a month.
