Document Description
The purpose of the project is to clean up the Site to a condition that minimizes human expose to impacted soils at the Site that exceeded the remedial goals. The RAW focuses on excavating approximately 220 cubic yards of soil in planter bed areas and instituting a land use convenant (LUC)( on the Site to include maintenance of the existing hardscape and pavement, and to prevent future soil excation at the Site without DTSC oversight. Project activities are scheduled to commence in June 2016 and is estimated to be completed in two weeks.
