Under this project, the Trust for PUblic Land shall acquire fee title to 35.52 acres of undeveloped open space along the San luis Rey River for the purposes of protecting, restoring, and enhancing habitat. Upon acquisition, the Trust for Public Land shall convey the property title tot he Fallbrook Land Conservancy.
