Document Description
Universal Devices, Inc. will develop and pilot-test an automated energy management system that will operate on the customer-side of the energy meter. The automated energy management system will allow customers to manage their energy use more efficiently and participate in damand response programs. In the first phase of the project, Universal Devices, Inc will develop the capabilities of energy devices (energy management controllers, sensors, inverters, thermostats) to integrate and operate together. In the second phase of the project, Universal Devices, Inc will install, pilot-test and collect operational performance of the energy devices at existing residential and small commercial sites.
