Document Description
Nine groundwater monitoring wells will be installed along Flintkote Road in Los Penasquitos Lagoon within Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve. They will be left in place for three years to obtain groundwater elevations and develop a contour map. The data will be used to design the lagoon restoration plan. This project will provide CSP's consultant a Permit to Conduct Scientific Research and Colletions.
Avoidance and minimiztion measures have been incorporated into this project.
