The project consists of demolition of plaster ceiling and replacing ceiling, lighting, and hydronic couplers in the lobby and corridor. Any work involving asbestos or lead paint shall be performed by individuals with appropriate licensing and/or certification. This is not a hazardous waste site and all cleanup will be done pursuant to all applicable safety procedures for cleanup, handling and disposal.
