The project would correct deficiencies on State Route 25 in Hollister. The work includes correct super-elevation for the 1080 foot radius curve, remove dike and flatten curves to 4:1, adjust drainage inlets to flow line grades, repair cracks in pavement, widen shoulders two feet at two intersections, and replace loop detectors.
