The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The Red hills Winery constructed an 11,800 square foot building to include a small winery, tasting room, wine barrel storage, an area for display of classic and antique boats, and a liquid wastes treatment system. Wastewater will be treated in two storage ponds, approximately 30 feet by 30 feet and 10 feet deep. The water will be stored in tanks and used for irrigation. Construction has been completed and occurred between October 2012 and January 2016.
