Project consists of the sale and assignment of 129 square feet of restored Bailey Class 3 Land Capability restoration credit, from Conservancy-owned land to a Bailey Class 3 Land Capability receiving parcel on which a private residence will be remodeled. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the Bailey Class 3 Land Capability areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
