Document Description
The Project is to construct a residential duplex structure, including utilities and a driveway. An existing stream that flows diagonally across the site will be rerouted to an underground pipe that parallels the western boundary of the site and then to an open swale that parallels the northern boundary of the site. The swale will discharge in the same location as the existing stream and be lined with filter fabric, sand, and ungrouted rock.
