Conditional Use Permit CUP16-005 to reduce the building setback to allow the construction of a 2, 100± square foot garage approximately four feet from the southeast front property boundary adjacent to Longeway Road on a 1.5± acre parcel zoned R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is categorically exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15303 of the State CEQA Guidelines because the project consists of the construction of a garage. The exceptions in Section 15300.2 of the State CEQA Guidelines do not apply to this project.
