Project involves improving the connectivity of the Feather River to its historic floodplain, reduce flood stages within the main channel and provide increased fish habitat. This will be accomplished by improving roughly 7,500 linear feet of existing channels to connect isolated ponds, which will provide fish refugia and eliminate potential fish stranding.
