Document Description
Project involves three encroachments, performing bridge maintenance and repair of scour and erosion damage. 1) Baechtel Creek: place rock slope protection along the base of pier 3 in the active channel; construct access road on the northeast streambank. 2) Beebe Creek: place rock slope protection along the stream bank at the northwest and southwest wingwalls of the abutment; construct two access roads from the highway to the top of the streambank. All areas of temporary habitat impacts will be restored. 3) North Fork Cold Creek: place rock slope protection at the outlet apron; construct an access road from an existing pullout to the outlet structure.
