Vacant Land, two unpaved areas use for auto parking and five historic structures.
The project consists of a Planned Development Rezoning and Planned Development Use Permit to allow the construction and development of a 66-unit affordable housing development on an approx. 2.23 acre property. The project proposal includes a new three story residential building and the preservation of a historic building for use by residents. Two large residential courtyards, a garden area, and park area are also planned as part of the proposed development. The project would provide a total of 69 parking spaces in two parking areas; one adjacent to Cypress Lawn Cemetery and another along the BART maintenance road immediately east of the project site.
