Document Description
The project consists of an approx. 170,000 gross-sq. ft. building of three to five levels, including 41 below-grade parking spaces. The project will provide clinical and office space for the UCSF Child, Teen, and Family Center, and Dept. of Psychiatry and is located in the Dogpatch neighborhood one block south of the Mission Bay campus. Prior to construction of the new building, an existing three-story building and surface parking lot would be demolished. The project also includes Amendment #3 to the UC SF 2014 Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) to include the project site in the LRDP Ch. 9, Smaller Owned Sites.
