Document Description
The project will construct a commercial self-storage facility on a 1.8 acre parcel. To facilitate project development, two on-site drainage features will be graded and recontoured to provide positive flow to an off-site drainage system, and two seasonal wetlands will be filled. Project impacts include the removal of one ornamental plum and two coast redwood trees. To compensate impacts to vegetation, seven 15-gallon valley oaks and six 15-gallon western rosebud trees will be planted on-site and disturbed areas will be reseeded with native vegetation. The CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0419-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code tot eh project Applicant Tony Sherman.
