MTC/ABAG prepared an Amendment to Plan Bay Area 2040 to modify the scope and project cost of the U.S. Hwy 101 Managed Lanes Project in San Mateo County, and also prepared an Addendum to the Final EIR for Plan Bay Area 2040 to assess the potential environmental effects of the Plan Amendment.
